Request for Proposals - As-Needed Materials Testing Services

The County of Mono (County) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified consultants and firms to provide its Department of Public Works (Department) with material testing services for quality acceptance for future Mono County road rehabilitation projects (Projects).  Proposals received from interested consultants and firms will be evaluated for the professional qualifications, experience, and competence deemed necessary for the satisfactory completion of requested services.  County may award up to three (3) contracts to consultants or firms, if qualified, to provide as-needed, on-call material testing services. 

Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP may be funded with federal or state funds, and as such, are subject to specific procurement procedures and contract requirements provided in federal and California law.  Download the RFP As-Needed Materials Testing Services pdf for description of future projects, scope of services, submittal requirements, evaluation criteria, schedule, sample contract, Mono County Quality Assurance Program (QAP), required forms, and other relevant information.  

All qualified consultants and firms interested in providing the services described in this RFP are invited to submit a proposal.  To be considered, proposals must be submitted by July 31, 2019 prior to 3:00 PM (Submission Deadline).
