Request For Proposal (1) soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified individuals or firms for professional architectural and engineering consulting services for prescriptive designs for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) compliant with CBC

The County of Mono, Community Development Department (CDD), Building Division, is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified individuals or firms for professional architectural and engineering consulting services for prescriptive designs for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) compliant with California Building Codes.

The work is funded through a combination of funds from the California State Senate Bill 2 (SB-2) planning grant and Mono County general funds. The total budget is not to exceed $80,000. All services and work must comply with the requirements of the SB-2 planning grant and transportation funding requirements.

The main purpose of this solicitation is to identify and contract with a qualified consultant to perform the scope of work with a completion date of December 2021.
