Radio Shelter and Generator (Reposted May 6, 2024)

Notice is hereby given that Mono County Information Technology calls for bids from qualified vendors to provide a Radio Shelter and Generator.

1. The bid amount should consider the bidder’s cost of supplies, materials, transportation, taxes, fees, and all other items necessary to deliver a prefabricated a Radio Shelter and Generator to 1166 Larson Lane, Coleville, CA 96107.
    
2. All questions must be submitted via email to it@mono.ca.gov by 5:00pm on Tuesday May 14 2024. All questions will be answered in bulk by 4:00pm Thursday May 16, 2024.
    
3. Sealed Bid documents may be mailed to Mono County Information Technology PO Box 7657 (USPS), or 1290 Tavern Road (FedEx, UPS), Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. As we are in a rural area, please allow extra time for delivery because we cannot consider late responses.
    
4. Any bids received after the time specified below will not be considered.
    
5. Bids will be opened on Thursday May 23rd at 2pm.

Full specifications are in the attached 'AVFD Shelter RFP Specifications' file, please note any exceptions in the supplied bid. Company standard quote sheet is acceptable
