HPE Aruba CX Series Network Equipment

Notice is hereby given that Mono County Information Technology calls for bids from qualified vendors to provide HPE Aruba CX Series Network Equipment.

  1. The bid amount should consider the bidder’s cost of equipment, shipping, taxes, fees, and all other items necessary to deliver the requested items to 25 Bryant Street, Bridgeport, CA 93517
     
  2. All questions must be submitted via email to it@mono.ca.gov by 5:00pm on Tuesday March 11th  2025. All questions will be answered in bulk by 4:00pm Thursday March 13th, 2025.
     
  3. Sealed Bid documents may be mailed to Mono County Information Technology PO Box 7657 (USPS), or 1290 Tavern Road (FedEx, UPS), Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. As we are in a rural area, please allow extra time for delivery because we cannot consider late responses.
     
  4. Any bids received after the time specified below will not be considered.
     
  5. Bids will be opened on Thursday March 20th 2025 at 2pm.
