***DEADLINE EXTENSION (ISSUED 2/29/24): Due to the major winter storm/blizzard warning issued by the National Weather Service for the Eastern Sierra, a one-week extension has been issued for this RFP. Proposals must be received in the Mono County Community Development Department office by 5 pm on Monday, March 11, 2024.
