County of Mono Request for Proposals (RFP) for Agenda Management System

The County of Mono is requesting proposals from qualified vendors offering the functionality and features identified herein to replace the County’s existing Agenda Management System (NovusAGENDA).

The County of Mono is interested in acquiring agenda management software systems to increase productivity and staff efficiency while offering easy to use software. The County is inviting software solution providers with expertise, resources and state-of-the-art technology to respond to this request for proposal and provide information on integrated, automated and user friendly agenda management software systems that additionally integrate with our video streaming services.

The primary use of this system will be for the Board of Supervisors meetings held three times per month. The software must support comprehensive Board of Supervisors agenda and meeting management; in addition to post-meeting support for minutes’ preparation, and automated task/action log management of all follow-up items. The County is seeking a commercially available off-the-shelf solution that requires minimal custom development to implement and maintain, and operates with ease for the system administrator and end users. While the County has a preference for a cloud-based solution, consideration will also be given to on-premise solutions.
