IAS works as a Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT), which often provides the only source of communications in the days following a catastrophic event. Our Certified Emergency Response Team provides trailers, equipment and services from our dispatched center. IAS has a quick set up process in which we deploy a powerful communications solution that has the “Hot Spot/Wi-Fi” IAS mobile hub solution active within 5 minutes upon arrival on scene. We also dispatch a technician to install our equipment while on scene. Our technicians will maintain the system at your location and work with on scene network operators to provide required custom services. IAS services provide multiple 24/7/365 Network Operations Center with technical support and customer service, which is handled by in-house experts who can resolve any issue that may arise.
