Garcia and Associates (GANDA) was formed in 1994 by John Garcia as a biological and cultural resources consulting firm. Today, we provide clients with a wide range of services, including wildlife and fisheries biology, botany, restoration ecology, wetlands, and aquatic ecology, as well as archaeology, architectural history, preservation planning, natural resources policy and planning applications. GANDA also maintains a full-time graphic artist and Geospatial Labs with the latest GPS and GIS technologies and software.
