DLM core employees are retired from the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services combining 55 years of hands-on field experience in facing all the mighty challenges of California’s Emergency Management. This experience includes extensive working knowledge from former employees of both the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services within Response, Recovery, Mitigation, Planning and Preparedness, This rich experience in the hazard identification, vulnerability analysis, prioritizing mitigation projects, mitigation planning, reviewing mitigation plans and providing customer service throughout California, has allowed us to fully understand and appreciate the requirements for the Federal, State, and Local Hazard Mitigation Plan.
DL Management LLC will be available throughout the life of the contract and accept unconditional of the performances obligations set forth in this contract
