Memorial Hall 1st Floor Restroom Renovation

Summary

The major work item of this project is the demolition and disposal of materials for the specified area to be renovated. Complete renovation construction of new ADA compliant 1st floor restrooms and janitor’s room located within the restrooms and all electrical, heating, and plumbing service upgrades as per engineered plans and documents.

Approximately $64,720.00 has been allocated for this project (Engineer's Estimate).

Bid results will be available approximately 24 hours from the time of Bid Closing. During this time staff will be reviewing bids for completeness. If you add your name to the Planholder’s List, you will receive an email notifying you when the bid results are posted on this webpage.
