Four New 2018 Subaru Foresters

Notice is hereby given that the Mono County Department of Public Works calls for bids to furnish Four New 2018 Subaru Foresters.

The bid specifications contained in the Vehicle Bid Form provide in detail the County’s requirements for these vehicles. Instructions for bid submittals are also listed within the Bid Form Document. See link below for the Vehicle Bid Form.

Question: when dealers bid on vehicle purchases, do they have to include DMV fees, or are we ‘exempt’ from those fees as a public agency? If certain fees apply but others do not, can you please stipulate?

Answer: The vehicles are to be registered exempt.
